Javier Alfonso Bartolozzi is a Los Angeles based film director, director of photography and Steadicam operator. He has been working for the past 4 years in the camera & lighting department in New York and Los Angeles.

Javier´s most recent achievement, THE KOBAL REPORT short film. Written and directed by him, The Kobal Report has been already selected in 11 film festivals and it has won 6 of them.

Born in Oviedo, Spain. Javier's passion for film and photography lead him to pursue his career as a Director and Cinematographer.

He graduated with a double Major in Advertising and Public Relations with Marketing in Madrid, Spain, and upon he graduated, he moved to New York City, and joined a Masters in Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy. On the other hand, he obtained the certificate for Steadicam Operating at The Tiffen Gold Workshop.

Javier worked his way up from assistant camera and Grip & Electric department in more than 40 sets, moved up to camera operator and Director, Steadicam Operator and Director of Photography in documentaries and tv shows. His vast experience in almost all areas and departments makes him a perfect fit for any type of production.
